SUGAR HIGH

Last week, we were invited to go on a little adventure with our photographer and personal bestie, Caitlin Collins. She was taking photos for the website Local Sugar, and we got to go along for the ride.

It was basically the best girls day ever - starting with frozen sangria at Zocalo Cafe, and three outfit changes later, ending with iced coffee and hibiscus mint tea at TOMS on SoCo. Oh, and the highlight of our day? Stopping for ice cream at Lick. Our favorite flavor? Honeyed Peaches with Rosemary! YUM!

THE 90'S ARE LIKE BACK... WHATEVER.

It’s no secret the 90’s have been making a huge come back lately, which we think is pretty “rad" because this is the first decade of style that we’ve witnessed first hand. We may have not fully embraced the grunge/punk trends of the 90’s, since we were still in our Limited Too phase, but are thrilled to try them all out now. Well, maybe not “all” of them. We’ve all fully excepted the rise of denim once more. I mean, who couldn’t love denim jackets, distressed denim, and denim on denim? Yes, please!

With the exception of the Brittany & Justin crisis of '01. YIKES.

We are so excited to finally be launching this blog!! This is something we have talked about since we met, and something we have both thought about for much longer.

On this blog, you'll find a whole lot of fashion-mixed with a little DIY, health and beauty.  We'll also share our expertise on the best places to eat and hangout in Austin, as well as tips & tricks to get through your day.

Our friendship started on a sunny day in Fredericksburg, TX...over a plethora of cheese, bread & wine. How could you not be friends after that?? With so many shared interests, and our boyfriends being best friends since second grade, we've spent a great deal of time together and shared many wine induced conversations about starting our dream blog. Here we are a year later finally making it happen!
